In response to the growing demands for cold chain storage and rapid market response in the aquatic industry of Bangkok, Thailand, Bullseye Intelligent has tailored a nearly 10,000-ton seafood automated warehouse for its local clients. Centered on the pallet four-way shuttle solution, the project effectively solves the seafood storage challenges in limited space and significantly improves the efficiency of cold chain warehousing, providing strong support for the development of the local aquatic industry.

Project Solution
This project is mainly used for storing seafood products, with marine fish as the primary stored goods. The entire warehouse is 9 meters high, and the height of each shelf is flexibly set according to various factors such as product attributes and inbound/outbound frequency. To ensure the priority outbound of hot-selling products and the optimal path planning, Bullseye Intelligent optimizes the shelf layout and path design in combination with the client’s actual application needs, realizing the shortest operation path and the most efficient outbound process.

Solution Highlights
Stable Operation in Low-Temperature Environment
Long-term frozen preservation of seafood usually requires a temperature below -18°C. To meet this demand, Bullseye Intelligent stabilizes the internal temperature of the warehouse at -25°C according to the characteristics of the goods. This ultra-low temperature working environment puts higher requirements on the batteries, motors and other core components of the four-way shuttles.
To adapt to the ultra-low temperature of -25°C, key electronic control components such as batteries and motors of Bullseye Intelligent’s four-way shuttles are made of low-temperature resistant materials and undergo special protective treatment, ensuring stable operation of the equipment under extreme conditions. The all-wheel-drive design effectively prevents slipping when starting on the shelves, further improving operational safety.
Small Footprint, High Storage Density
For cold storage warehouses, larger area means higher energy consumption costs and greater rental pressure. Bullseye Intelligent precisely addresses the core pain points of cold storage operation with the planning concept of "small footprint, high density and high efficiency". Except for the necessary gaps reserved around the shelves for thermal insulation, only the minimum space is retained at the top and bottom of the elevators, maximizing the use of warehouse space and reducing operational costs.
The total height of the automated warehouse is 9 meters, with 5 floors, which can accommodate more than 1,000 cargo positions. Each cargo position is designed in a reasonable size, capable of storing more than one ton of goods at maximum.
Ultra-Long Endurance, Energy Saving and High Efficiency
In terms of equipment configuration, Bullseye Intelligent adopts four-way shuttles, elevators, as well as self-developed information systems such as WMS (Warehouse Management System) and WCS (Warehouse Control System), realizing intelligent operation in special warehousing environments. Users only need to operate on the control panel to complete goods movement, warehousing, storage, outbound delivery, warehouse temperature adjustment and other operations.
The project truly achieves paperless sorting, unmanned operation, intelligent access and digital management, which not only reduces labor input but also significantly improves operation efficiency. The system has been specially optimized for mechanical reliability in extreme environments, focusing on ensuring stable operation under ultra-low temperature conditions.
Project Benefits
This project has brought multiple core benefits to the client:
1. Maximize storage capacity to quickly respond to the market demand of the seafood business;
2. Realize full-process automation to improve the operational efficiency of the enterprise;
3. Improve the working environment of employees and enhance work efficiency;
4. Reduce the number of operators and lower labor costs;
5. Adopt intelligent management system to efficiently process bulk orders;
6. Maintain a stable low-temperature environment to ensure the quality of seafood.
